This Site is operated by Edenpak Ltd, a company incorporated in Scotland, the U.K. as a private company and registered with Company Number SC535554 with its registered office at Torridon House, Torridon Lane, Rosyth, UK, KY11 2EU.

Our site is available to access to users from time to time and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the services we provide on the Site without notice.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to create a text hyperlink to the Site for non-commercial purposes, provided such link does not portray Edenpak Ltd or any of our services in a false, misleading or otherwise defamatory manner and provided further that the linking site does not contain any adult or illegal or unlawful material or any material that is offensive, harassing or otherwise objectionable to adults or minors. This limited right may be revoked at any time. You may not use the Edenpak logo or other proprietary graphics of Edenpak Ltd to link to the Site without the express prior written permission of Edenpak Ltd. Further, you may not use, frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any Edenpak logo or other proprietary information without Edenpak Ltd express written consent.
